Founded in 2009, SunnyPlaste began as a specialist thermoforming operation supplying regional food manufacturers in the West Midlands. Over fifteen years, we have grown into one of the UK's most trusted plastic packaging manufacturers, serving blue-chip clients across food, pharmaceutical, automotive and retail sectors.
Our 45,000 sq ft facility houses state-of-the-art thermoforming lines, an in-house tooling workshop, and an ISO-certified quality laboratory. Every product that leaves our site has been engineered, tested and validated to the standards your industry demands.
We are independently certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and BRCGS AA Grade — not because we have to be, but because our clients expect nothing less.
